О разрешимости начально-краевой задачи о малых движениях вращающегося слоя идеальной жидкости

The initial boundary value problem on small movements of a thin layer of an ideal fluid in a partially filled container (a basin, a sea) is investigated. The theorem on strong solvability of this problem is proved.
