Шкалы равномерных пространств и равномерная сходимость

The paper is devoted to investigation of general properties of the inductive scales of uniform spaces ($U$ - scales), and to determination of conditions for uniform limit of the continuous mappings into $U$ - scales. Some applications in measure theory and operator theory are considered.
