Обернена задача для параболічного рівняння, яке вироджується в початковий в початковий момент часу.

The inverse problem for a parabolic equation which degenerates at the initial time is studied. Representation of the decision in the integral equation system is received. The solution method is constructed by a method of Green's function. Using Schauder fixed point theorem the existence and uniqueness of solution are proved.
